Mutiraohub Privacy Policy

Welcome to Mutiraohub (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or the "Platform"). We deeply understand the importance of your personal data and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and protect your personal information when you use the Mutiraohub website, services, and related applications.

Age Requirement

  • Age Threshold: Mutiraohub provides services exclusively to users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) with full legal capacity.
  • Protection of Minors: We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors under 18. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will immediately take steps to terminate the account and completely delete the relevant data.

We collect information through three methods depending on how you interact with the Platform:

(1) Information You Provide Directly to Us

  • Account Registration Data: Email address and encrypted password when registering via email; or public profile information (email address, username, avatar, and Google User ID) obtained when authorizing login via a Google account.
  • User-Generated Content (UGC): Reward-boosting task links, event participation screenshots, task descriptions, and feedback or support ticket contents submitted to customer service.

(2) Information We Automatically Collect When You Use the Services

  • Device & Technical Identifiers: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device model, system language preference, and network connection information.
  • In-App Behavior & Analytics Data: We use analytics and event-tracking technologies to record your clicks, page dwell time, task posting and completion history, point balance changes, and ad interaction history.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: Used to maintain login sessions, remember user preferences, and perform traffic and performance analysis.

(3) Information from Third Parties

  • Third-Party Login Providers: When you log in with a Google account, we receive basic account information within the authorized scope from Google.
  • Advertising & Analytics Partners: We may receive anonymized statistics regarding ad impressions and clicks from third-party ad networks (such as Google Ads).

How We Use Information

We process your personal information for the specific purposes set out below:

  • Provision and maintenance of services: To provide and continuously maintain the core features of our product, we process your email address, Google account information, as well as points and task records. This information is necessary for us to fulfill our service agreement with you.
  • Security risk control and fraud prevention: To protect account and platform security, and to detect and prevent fraud and anomalous activities, we collect your IP address, device identifiers and anomaly-tracking behavioral data. This is necessary to safeguard the overall security of the platform and the collective interests of users.
  • Product improvement and data analytics: To continuously enhance product experience and analyze usage trends and performance, we process in-app behavioral tracking data, click-through rates, and device and browser data. Such analytics will only be performed with your consent.
  • Third-party advertising and commercial activities: To display third-party advertisements to you and conduct related commercial activities, we use Cookies, network identifiers and ad interaction data. This processing will only be activated with your consent, except where otherwise permitted by law.
  • Communication and customer support: To respond to your inquiries, process support tickets and receive user feedback, we process your email address, ticket content and user-submitted feedback. This allows us to address your requests and helps us improve our customer service.

Public Information & Social Features

Please note: Mutiraohub is a mutual-assistance community platform. The following information is considered Public Information:

  • Reward-boosting links, task descriptions, event participation screenshots you post on the Platform, as well as your public username and avatar.
  • Risk Warning for Public Data: The aforementioned content will be publicly displayed on the Internet to all users visiting Mutiraohub and may be indexed by search engines. Do not include sensitive personal information such as real names, residential addresses, or bank account details in boosting links, screenshots, or task descriptions.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal contact information (such as your email address). We share your information only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Sharing with Service Providers: We may share data with third-party service providers who supply infrastructure hosting (such as AWS/Google Cloud/Cloudflare), data analytics, and system security protection. These providers may process data only pursuant to our instructions.
  • Sharing with Third-Party Advertising Partners (including CCPA "Do Not Sell/Share" Notice)
    • To maintain Platform operations, we integrate third-party ad networks (such as Google Ads). Transmitting device identifiers or network interaction data to ad partners to serve cross-context behavioral ads may be defined as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable regional laws.
    • Opt-Out Right: Users may opt out by clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of the page or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in their browser.
  • Legal Compliance & Safety Protection: We may disclose necessary information as required by law, legal proceedings, or government orders, or to protect the property, safety, and legal rights of Mutiraohub, our users, and the public.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • Retention Period: We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, or as necessary to provide you with services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
  • Account Deletion Methods: You have the right to delete your account at any time through the following means:
    1. Self-Service Deletion: Log in and navigate to [User Center] → [Account Settings], then click [Delete Account];
    2. Customer Ticket: Submit a feedback/support ticket within the Platform to request deletion;
    3. Email Application: Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion" to [email protected].
  • Post-Deletion Data Handling: Upon account deletion, we will permanently delete or anonymize your account and private data, except for external boosting links already publicly displayed on third-party systems and de-identified data in backup logs (which will be overwritten automatically over a standard retention cycle).

Cross-Border Transfer & Security

  • Cross-Border Transfer: Mutiraohub's servers and data facilities are distributed across high-standard global cloud nodes. Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country/region of residence. We ensure that data transfers comply with relevant legal standards (such as using Standard Contractual Clauses, or SCCs).
  • Security Measures: We employ industry-standard SSL/TLS encrypted transmission, access controls, and security auditing to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction of residence, you may enjoy specific statutory rights:

  • The right to confirm data processing status, access data, correct data, withdraw consent, and request anonymization or deletion of non-essential data.
  • The right to know the categories of data collected over the past 12 months, request data deletion, request data correction, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing for targeted advertising" of data.
  • The right to access personal information we hold about you, request corrections regarding its accuracy and completeness, or withdraw consent.
