Mutiraohub Terms of Service

Welcome to Mutiraohub! These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into by and between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and Mutiraohub (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account, logging in via third-party accounts such as Google, or using any services provided by Mutiraohub.

Eligibility

  • Agreement Acceptance: By clicking "Agree", completing account registration, or beginning to use any services of Mutiraohub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
  • Age Restriction: This Platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full civil capacity. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Services.

Account & Security

  • Account Creation: You may register an account via email or authorize quick login through a Google account. You guarantee that all information you submit is true and accurate.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account login credentials (including passwords and third-party authorization credentials). Any actions performed through your account (including posting tasks, consuming points, submitting links, etc.) will be deemed as your own actions, and you assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
  • Prohibition on Account Transfer: Accounts are restricted to personal use by the registered individual only. Gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring, or selling accounts without prior written permission from Mutiraohub is strictly prohibited.

Content & Licenses

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit on the Platform, including reward-boosting links, task descriptions, screenshots, and comments (collectively, "User-Generated Content" or "UGC").
  • License to Mutiraohub: To provide services to you and global users, you grant Mutiraohub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to store, display, distribute, adapt, and use such User-Generated Content (including publicly displaying your boosting links and task screenshots on the Internet).
  • Publicity Warning: Boosting links and screenshots submitted by you are completely public information that can be accessed by any user on the Internet. Do not include sensitive personal information such as real names, ID numbers, bank card numbers, or private details in submitted content.
  • Platform Intellectual Property: The Mutiraohub name, logo, software code, UI design, Hub points system architecture, and all related assets belong exclusively to Mutiraohub and are protected under intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and efficient mutual-assistance environment, you must not engage in any of the following activities when using Mutiraohub:

  1. Fraud & Illegal Content: Submitting phishing links, malware, Trojan web pages, scam information, or content containing pornography, violence, gambling, infringement, or anything violating laws and regulations;
  2. Botting & Cheating: Using automated scripts, bots, web crawlers, point-farming software, or multiple accounts (one person using multiple accounts) to batch-obtain or consume points;
  3. Malicious Interference: Interfering with the normal operation of the Platform's system, attacking servers, cracking system interfaces, or spreading spam in the community;
  4. Fraudulent Submissions: Intentionally submitting invalid links, incorrect screenshots, or pretending to complete a boosting task without actually finishing it;
  5. Private Point Trading: Transferring, selling, or monetizing Platform Hub points privately without official written permission.

Hub Points & Virtual Services

  • Nature of Points: Hub points are virtual system props used to record community contributions and post reward-boosting tasks.
  • Functional Evolution: In the current version of the Platform, Hub points serve strictly as virtual system props and possess no fiat currency exchange or cash-out functions. Should redemption, withdrawal, or monetization features be opened in the future, they will be governed by the specific rules officially announced by the Platform at that time.
  • Point Management Authority: If any violation such as point-farming, cheating, or breach of this Agreement is discovered, Mutiraohub reserves the right to directly deduct points, reset points, freeze tasks, or clear accounts without prior notice.

Third-Party Services & Ads

  • Third-Party Collaboration Statement: Unless the Platform explicitly announces an official partnership, Mutiraohub operates as an independent information-matchmaking platform. For third-party platforms without announced official collaborations (such as Temu, Kwai, TikTok, Shopee, etc.), their event rules, withdrawal reviews, and reward distributions are entirely controlled by those third parties.
  • External Link Risks: Clicking on any third-party links on the Platform is done voluntarily by users. Although the Platform uses system filtering and verification, it makes no absolute guarantees regarding the security, legality, or accuracy of any external third-party web pages.
  • Third-Party Advertising: Third-party advertisements integrated into the Platform (such as Google Ads) are solely the responsibility of the advertisers. Clicking ads or purchasing advertised products constitutes personal transactions by users, and the Platform bears no joint liability.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • AS-IS Provision: Mutiraohub provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, delay-free, or completely error-free, nor do we guarantee that you will obtain withdrawals or rewards from third-party platforms through this Platform.
  • Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutiraohub and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or device damage) resulting from network failures, server maintenance, third-party API adjustments, force majeure, or clicking on malicious links submitted by others.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mutiraohub, its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any third-party claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, and reasonable attorney fees arising out of your breach of this Agreement, submission of illegal/infringing links, or violation of any third-party legitimate rights.

Termination

  • Voluntary Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time through the following methods:
    1. Self-service deletion: Log in and navigate to [User Center] → [Account Settings];
    2. Support Ticket: Submit an in-platform customer service ticket requesting account deletion;
    3. Email Request: Send an email to [email protected] requesting manual deletion.
  • Mandatory Termination by Platform: If you severely violate this Agreement or community guidelines, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and block your IP/device at any time, without any obligation to refund points or provide compensation.

Amendments

  • Policy Updates: Mutiraohub reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time based on business developments or changes in laws and policies. The modified terms will be posted directly on the website with an updated "Effective Date" at the top.
  • Notification Format: The Platform will not notify each user individually via email. Please review this page periodically. Your continued use of Mutiraohub after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
